An important change to our roller door product offering.
Over recent months, we have identified an ongoing issue with our roller door manufacturing equipment. After careful evaluation of the available options, we have determined that the issue cannot be rectified in a commercially viable manner.
As a result, Doorworks has made the strategic decision to decommission our roller door manufacturing line. To ensure continuity of supply and maintain the quality and service standards our customers expect, we will be transitioning our roller door products to Steel-Line roller doors.
The transition will occur as follows:
During this transition period, please continue to use your current price files for both commercial and domestic roller door ranges. We are currently finalising updated product offerings, specifications, and pricing structures with Steel-Line.
Revised price files and product information will be issued as soon as they are completed and approved.
